Local Context

The General Plan describes North Broadway and Jesmond Dene together as lying in the northern portion of Escondido. It gives broad outer references of Interstate 15 to the west, Hidden Meadows to the north, Daley Ranch to the east, and city corporate boundaries to the south.

The same combined description mentions large-lot single-family residential uses, agricultural uses, commercial nurseries, and vacant property. These are statements in the reviewed planning document, not a current inventory of every land use in North Broadway.

Boundary Context

The reviewed chapter does not provide reusable polygon geometry or a separate parcel-level line between North Broadway and Jesmond Dene. Escondidopedia therefore does not draw a neighborhood boundary or decide whether a particular address lies within North Broadway.
