For Item 6, the agenda packet lists PL26-0038 as a Warmington Residential request for authorization to submit a private development application for up to 126 multi-family dwelling units at the northeast corner of Miller Avenue and Citracado Parkway. The packet requests that Council consider adopting Resolution No. 2026-55 authorizing staff to intake and process a General Plan Amendment.

For Item 6, the packet also says the authorization is for processing a General Plan Amendment, that the merits of the development proposal would be analyzed at formal submittal, and that a future proposal would have to undergo environmental review.

For Item 7, the agenda packet lists PL26-0033 as a Storm Properties, Inc. request for authorization to submit a private development application for up to 82 multi-family dwelling units on the west side of Meyers Avenue. The packet requests that Council consider adopting Resolution No. 2026-56 authorizing staff to intake and process a General Plan Amendment.
