Who runs this?

How automation earns its reach

Each source class is trusted to write only as far as its evidence allows — from watch-and-report, through recording facts, up to publishing low-risk updates. A class moves up only after benchmarks, sensitivity rules, and rollback prove out. Here is where each stands today.

  1. Publish low-risklow-risk-publication

    8

May publish low-risk updates when every gate passes.

    • School district profiles
  2. Assemble draftsdraft-writing

Page growth

2 pages ready for the next review step before any expansion.

Looks for thin or single-source pages that might need more public sources or plain-language detail.

  • Ready for next review step 2 pages
  • Waiting on source or policy review 94 pages
  • Recently settled or not needing growth 10 pages
  • Pages this check covers 106 pages

Look-only check, usually every 12 hours. It does not edit pages, create new pages, or publish. It covers the page kinds this growth scanner knows how to review; other kinds are maintained by different routines, so this count is smaller than the site total.

Safety rails

Each rail keeps the next kind of work locked until it is approved.

  • Sources stay separate

Sources, facts, drafts, and public pages stay separate until a gate opens.

    Source gate
  • Reports can look without touching

Most checks read and summarize; they do not edit pages.

    Look only
  • Writes are narrow

Routines that are allowed to write can each touch only one approved kind of file.

    Small writes
  • Publishing is earned

A page publishes only after the right approval.

Status vocabulary

Review labels are navigation aids, not official conclusions.

  • Reviewed The page passed current publication checks and has no generated maintenance issue. It still depends on the linked sources.
  • Checked With Notes The page can remain public, but it has notes about dated sources, sensitivity, publication limits, or a narrow source trail.
  • Needs Review A maintainer should inspect the page before relying on it. Common reasons include missing sources, blocked claim leads, review blockers, unresolved links, or stale-source signals.
  • Source-Limited The page is intentionally narrow because reviewed sources cover only part of the topic. Do not read it as a complete profile.
